 The school’s politics consist in motivating parents every year and making them know our purpose and objective; especially the fact that we want to provide a high quality education that can be competitive in relation to bilingual schools from bigger cities. This is why every year we try to have a highly qualified, responsible staff, knowing that the success in any school year relies on the hands of our teachers. We're very proud of our faculty at Minerva. Our Honduran as well as foreigner staff are very well prepared and give their best on the day to day basis.

 Qualifications To teach at Minerva we require: 

 • Bachelors Degree
• Experience in teaching.
• Commitment to the school and classroom for the entire school year.
• Strong oral and written communication skills

 We prefer: 

 • A Current Teaching Certification.
• International teaching experience (for foreign teachers)
